4 days until I start the challenge. 
Im looking at the shakeology package on the counter and I want to have some now. But I have to wait.
I believe this will be the start of something big.

All the more reason to get into shape

This new journey began about a week ago after I attended a Beach Body info session at my best friend's (a Beach Body coach and mountain climber) house. 
I was skeptical of ordering an online fitness product  but I trust my friend and will put my faith in her. Frankly I'm still a bit skeptical, although I know I have to be mentally ready to do this or I'll only have myself to blame.
One week ago I ordered the 10 Minute challenge with Shakeology, and even though it came from the usa it was already here today! so yeah, it's really happening. I haven't opened the box yet...
